क्या आप जानते हैं कि भारत की सौ कराेड़वीं संतान कौन है। इतना ही नहीं वह अब 18 साल की भी हो गई है। जब उसका जन्म हुआ था, तब देश की आबादी सौ करोड़ हो गई थी। भारत सरकार ने उसके जन्म के बाद इसके जरिए सभी को छोटे परिवार के लिए जागरूक किया था। इतना ही नहीं यूएन पॉपुलेशन फंड की तरफ से उसके नाम पर दो लाख रुपये का फिक्स डिपोजिट भी किया गया था। अब 18 साल की होने पर उसने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से एक बड़ा सवाल पूछा है।
शारदा यूनिवर्सिटी से कर रही हैं पढ़ाई
भारत की सौ करोड़वी संतान का नाम आस्था अरोड़ा है। वह दिल्ली की रहने वाली हैं और ग्रेटर नोएडा की शारदा यूनिवर्सिटी से नर्सिंग में बीएससी कर रही हैं। 11 मई 2000 को दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में सुबह करीब 5 बजे उनका जन्म हुआ था। इसके साथ ही देश् की जनसंख्या 100 करोड़ हो गई थी। भारत सरकार की तरफ से उनके जन्म के बाद आधिकारिक तौर पर देश की जनसंख्या 100 करोड़ बताई गई थी और आस्था अरोड़ा को भारत की 100 करोड़वीं संतान होने का दर्जा मिला था। आस्था के जन्म के बाद उनकी माता अंजना और पिता अशोक अरोड़ा लाइमलाइट में आ गए थे।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से पूछा सवाल
शुक्रवार को दिल्ली में जनसंख्या प्रदूषण नियंत्रण कानून को लेकर एक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया था। इसमें मुजफ्फरनगर से भाजपा सांसद संजीव बालियान समेत कई अन्य सांसद भी शामिल हुए थे। इस दौरान आस्था अरोड़ा को भी सम्मानित किया गया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से एक बड़ा सवाल किया।
जन्म लेते ही आबादी हो गई थी 100 करोड़
उन्होंने बताया कि वह भारत की 100 करोड़वी संतान हैं। उनके जन्म के बाद भारत की आबादी 100 करोड़ हो गई थी। उन्होंने कहा, मैं मोदी जी से एक सवाल पूछना चाहता हूं कि मैं 2019 के चुनाव में अपना पहला वोट किसे दूं और क्यों। क्योंकि पॉपुलेशन कंट्रोल पर कोई स्टेप उठाना हर कोई भूल गया है। बहुत सारे मुद्दे उठाए और बहुत सारे काम किए लेकिन पॉपुलेशन कंट्रोल जैसा मुद्दा सब भूल गए हैं। यह हमारे भारत को सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा है। मैं पीएम से चाहती हूं कि वह कुछ पॉलिसी निकालें, कुछ रूल्स और रेगुलेशन निकालें। शिक्षा का प्रसार करें जिससे भारत की जनसंख्या नियंत्रित हो। इस समय हर छोटी-छोटी उलझनों का समाधान एक जनसंख्या नियंत्रण ही है। आस्था ने कहा, देश की आबादी तेजी से बढ़ रही है। हर साल करोड़ों बच्चे पैदा हो रहे हैं। ऐसे में कोई भी विकास आने वाले समय में नाकाफी साबित हो जाता है। जब तक बढ़ती आबादी पर लगाम नहीं लगाई जाती, देश में कोई भी सुधार सफल नहीं हो सकता।
